Mud and tape was started yesterday, being worked on today and should be doing texturing Monday/Tuesday. Wednesday of next week (2007-08-01) the electricians should be buttoning up the electrical. Megan gave Mike a check yesterday for the last big payment, ($13k left) and a chenc for the additional electrical. Mike will also be having the HVAC buttoned up and the grading done on the North side of the house in addition to the gravel being picked up and the new bark laid down.

2007 07 20

The drywall was finished on Wednesday the 18th. Yesterday the 19 the drywall inspection was supposed to occur which means mud and tape should start today. I am moving the race car Mustang this weekend so Mike can get a bobcat back to the north side of the house to slope the area. he said he will also have the old vegtable garden area dug out.

Insulation was started and completed last Friday. Drywall is starting today!!!

The truss inspection was finally approved today which means final framing inspection is tomorrow and insulation on Friday!!!

2007 07 03

Last week the stucco was completed and the jacuzzi tub was framed out to extend it a bit. We are still waiting on the truss calculations issue and as soo as that is resolved we can continue with the final framing inspection, insulation and then finally drywall. Mike is gonna have the gas turned on this week. Last weekend we got the garage painted and the front dark green color. The widows still next to be fixed but at least the kitchen window has been replaced. The hose bib on the north bedroom wall was done about two weeks ago if I did not mention it already. I has been so long since anything substancial has happened I forget where we are at. Hopefully the truss issue is sorted out today so we can move on.
