Mike, Megan and I met last week after some time off to resolve the fire system issue. Todd from Symons met with us last Thursday with Mike. This past weekend I branched off my 1 1/4" line at the house and ran it (PVC per Todd it is okay, just need copper coming out of the ground) around the north side of the house to the addition to where fire system box is going to exist. I also installed a pressure regulator at the house as there was none. This Wednesday Symons is supposed to start the system and I believe it should only take them a few days. They will be using PVC. They will be placing a sprinkler head in the water closet outside and in the laundry center area. They will be placing a hose spigot 5' off the ground behind the Southern kitchen door per code for testing purposes. Mike is going to have Milgard out to evaluate the windows before the stucco is done. Mike is going to have the hole above the Southern kitchen door patched at the same time as the rest of the stucco. Mike is also going to have the cement pad out front and the landing going to the garage done as they were supposed to do it last week or the one before.
