Mike came back with the numbers from Symons Fire and they are going to do the entire house for $3641 pending the initial visual inspection which could raise the price. Looking at the water meter, it looks like a 3/4" OD pipe which means it may now flow enough. This weekend I should run a hose into a bi for 60 seconds and calculate the output as we do have really high pressure. Hopefully it will be enough to pass the inspection.
Mike is going to have the electricians re-mount the security light above Trins windows, and someone will be mounting the kitchen porch light. Extreme Roofing will be installing the four addition dormers and possibly two more instead of my thermostatically controlled fan based upon price. They will also be installing flashing where the kitchen vent pipe is, and where I am mounting a shower exhaust fan this weekend. For $50, Viking Electric will be wiring it to the jacuzzi tub area switches... and will be installing a double switch. I'll take care of the french door opening as the doors no longer hit the siding. Someone from Lars or Milgard will also be moving the tempered window to the bedroom door area as it is in the wrong spot.
To Do's for this weekend
Finish wiring once and for all
Mount a 2x4 at the ends of the "deck" railing so Trin does not bump her head on the pointed edge
move blue tarp to dumpster
move wood and siding into garage
re-cover race car, it looks like shit
purchase and install bathroom exhaust fan
anything else?
