Just got off the phone with Mike and he said they will do a concrete pier underneath the existing 2x6. I am cool with that. As long as something gets put there, I can always make it better. The new window in Trins room is going to get stucco underneath it as waterproofing that corner would be difficult to do and something about codes. I am fine with that as long as long as it looks good. Mike said around the french doors will get foam or insulation. He also said Derek should be siding today and that drywall will not go on until next week as insulation still needs to got in.
