The glass for the enclosure shower is on order through Pacifica Glass Co (http://www.pacificaglasssd.com/) via Jack. The price (~$1700) was on par with another two glass companies but we decided to go with this company as they do all the custom glass for Lars. I will need to remove one tile at the bottom left of the threshold and redo it as it sticks out too far for the glass to go in properly. I will have that done in the next few days to be ready for a possible early delivery/install.
I got another light replace on the outside of the house. It has not worked for the past several weeks and lw and behold when I wen to remove it, the top was exposed 1/4" or more so water has been getting in there during the rains with high winds. To boot the ground wire was not connected from the light to the bar, which is grounded. I assume both lights on the East side of the house have burned up for the same reasons. Horray for the Lars subs installing them properly. They were only $20 each... fagetaboutit. It would be far more hassle to try and retrieve the money.
I spent a hour or two cleaning up the bathroom tiles as I have made a mess of them in the pastr month or two with mortar, grout, paint and silicone. They look great now and things like the toe kick are ready to go in. I plan on getting the kitchen floor halfway grouted tonight. That is if I have time after I pick up our safe from the trucking company and get it home. Eric is gonna follow me home and we are going to try to get it out of my truck and into the house. We shall see... it should not be too bad as it is only 450 lbs.
